CHEM100 - Fundamentals of Chemistry
A study of the basic principles of chemistry including measurement, atomic structure, bonding, mole concept, stoichiometry, chemical formulas, and equations. This course is intended for students who have not taken a chemistry course. It does not have a lab component. CHEM 100 fulfills the SUNY General Education Natural Sciences requirement. A student may only apply credit earned in CHEM 100 or CHEM 101 or CHEM 107 toward degree requirements. Prerequisite: MATH 095 or equivalent. 3 Cr. (3 Lec.) Occasionally.
