Intermediate Accounting I is a continuation of the introductory principles of ACCT 101 and ACCT 102. Intermediate topics include financial accounting standards, the conceptual framework, information systems, form and content of financial statements, time value of money, advanced inventory valuation methods, accounting for property, plant and equipment, intangible assets. Professional opinions of the American Institute of CPAs (A.I.C.P.A.) and the Financial Accounting Standards Board (F.A.S.B.) are included. Prerequisites: ACCT 102. 4 Cr. (4 Lec.).
