This course covers "Basic Management" used in the construction industry including construction economics (CPM scheduling, estimating the use and legal implications of basic construction, and incorporating environmental and land use regulations and building codes into the construction management process. Prerequisites: CONT 107; RDNG 116 if required by placement testing; prior completion or concurrent enrollment in ENGL 101. 3 Cr. (3 Lec.)
