ENGL262/Lecture/M01 - Writing Workshop - Poetry | Credits 1.00
In this workshop students write and share poems. Voice, form, rhythm, imagery, figures of speech, symbolism, and other elements of poetry are emphasized. Peer work is critiqued and revised in a workshop environment. In addition, students read and discuss the work of selected poets. Prerequisites: Prior completion or concurrent enrollment in ENGL 100 and RDNG 116 if required by placement testing. 1 Cr. (1 Lec.) Spring semester.
